4. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate and timely information, content, and approvals.
• The client is responsible for ensuring they own or have rights to all materials shared (logos, text, images, etc.).
• Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• All source code, designs, and deliverables remain the property of Sohan Soft Tech until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sohan Soft Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or third-party issues (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).
• While we follow best practices, no guarantee is made that services will be 100% error-free.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Clients remain liable for payment of all completed work up to termination.
• Setup fees and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

• Once a project milestone is delivered, that portion of the payment is non-refundable.
